Nowadays, people enjoy the convenience of the social network as well as complain why the good looking people are such a jerk.

First, We divide people that you meet into four equal parts, good-looking and kind, good-looking but not kind, ugly and kind, ugly and jerk, though taste of beauty is different in people. And put them on a graph about personality vs look.
See? The red ones refer to those ugly and jerk ,and the green ones refer to those kind and good-looking.
It is easy to find that the yellow ones are the good-looking jerk and the blue one are the kind ugly ones.
Then, It is easy to find that the red ones are ignored, for they are under the standards we could pay attention to.
In fact,we are apt to pay great attention to those good-looking ones and If someone has a better character we may decline the standards of their look to pay our attention to them. "oh she is so beautiful though she is not kind enough! " So, we do not pay all attention to the yellow ones but part of them. And they are the one who is good-looking but also a jerk.

But actually, with so many competitions in our society, the green ones as well as the kind and good-looking ones are very few. As a result, the possibility of your meet with a yellow one is 3/7, what is worse is that it could be decreased to 1/2.
