Recently I love BBC documentary.
Now I would like to recommend 3 BBC Documentaries to use for texts.

I would like to suggest you to watch them as follow processes:
1. Watch one time from beginning to end in order to know the whole meaning
2. Take dictations many times while your watching, until you think you know all the sentences without watching the subtitles. During this period, you can look for the new words in dictionary and you should remember the new words.
3. Read the sentences many times while your watching, until you can speak them fluently.
