I live in an apartment on the southank of Melbourne city. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a small balcony and a spacious livingroom. The kichen is in the coner of the livingroom and the laundry is in the bathroom. My favourite room is the livingroom where there has a long couch, a large dining table, a desk, a TV set and a teatable. It is on the tweenty-ninth floor of the apartment building with large floor-to-ceiling glass walls and windows, One bedroom and the livingrong are facing the south-east direction, so get some sunshine and catch a wonderful view of the sky and the city.
My classmate Yao lives in a townhouse of Yara suburb near Melbourne city. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, a lounge, alaundry and a kichen. Her favourite room is the lounge. It has a fire place, two comfortable chairs, a two seater couch and several caffee tables. It is a north facing room so gets lots of sunshine, and because it has big windows she can see out to the street.
Another classmate Wahida lives outside the Melbourne city in a large house with her family. She takes train an hour to city campus every morning. It has three bedrooms and a small garden in her house, and she is lucky because there is a large yard behide her house and a few pet rabbits that she can keep. She likes her bedroom because it’s large and it has a large window. In the livingroom, there is a lot of furniture—there are three big book shelves and there are several chairs, so when friends come to visit everyone has a place to sit.
