My First Nia

My first Nia took place at Sally's living room with just three of us, Sally, Yoshiko and me. 

The cozy environment added more intimacy and some magic chemistry took over, giving us constant sensation and goose bumps. 

The three of us formed an imperfect circle so we could look at each other during the dance. And I saw Sally's eyes shine in a way that I never noticed before. They were so carefree, so vivid, so innocent, like when we were little babies, looking at the world with all of our curiosity and kindness. 

That's when I realized how powerful Nia is. 

Nia turns back time and makes us innocent children again. 

It's more than just sweats, moves, beauties. 

It's a state of spirit. 

Then how can Nia do it? 

Well, you just have to experience it to know the answer. 

第一次的Nia是在Sally的客厅跳的。当时只有三个人：Sally, Yoshiko 和我。

家里的环境比较cozy，让我们三个人很快就放松下来。虽然我们三个人已经非常熟悉，而在音乐响起、身体舞动后，我们彼此看着对方，在止不住心底涌出的充裕感和快乐下，我们脱掉了平常所带的假象面具，回到了最单纯的自己。

天啊，Sally的眼睛在闪烁着童真的光芒，那是平时我从未见过的光。光芒里有快乐，有调皮，有美，有爱，还有很多很多我无法言说的内涵。那是一双孩子的眼睛，我身体一震，双眼湿润了。我被她感染，也学她的肢体，随着音乐，开始如孩子们无邪的跳啊跳。我们互相傻傻的乐着，跳着，背部已经湿透，而空间内的快乐也如一首乐曲一样，有快有慢，有高有低，不停变化着，却又如此愉悦。就如“好”这个字，把“how”好，诠释了那么多可能性。

第一次跳就着迷了，因为我还想做回小孩。
