quitting the job

A:hi ,veta,thank you  for meeting with me

B:are you alright ,max,

A:i want to quit my job.i want to quit.

B:could you tell me why you want to quit?you are doing a great job.

A:i know that ok?but this little tugboat is tired.i `ve run out of steam.

B:ah,just because you are dissatisfied,please dont turn in your resignation.please don`t give up .

A:look,to be honest ,i am stuck in a rut.every day its the same thing over and over and over again and i am sick of it.

B:Max,have a cupcake.

A:its good,i feel better now.veta,if i dont quit,what am i gonna do ?

B:what about getting a job promotion?

A:i dont know ,it sounds like a lot of work.

B:well,just think.you are qualified for the promotion for the lead actor.also ,you are quite familiar with that position.

A:that is true,i am familiar with it .

B:just submit your request to the receptionist.

A:wait,now i have to get up and go talk to people.i mean i hate talking to people.

B:i didnt know ,how about asking for some time off.

A:yeah,i will do that,but i dont know who can take my place.

B:if its paperwork,i`ll cover for you.

A:you will do that for me?i mean wow,i owe you.

B:what about kenny,he can take your immediate position.

A:yeah,kenny could do it,he will be great,he is already my backup for a lot of my projects.

B:so are you sure.are you absolutely sure?

B:you just got an immediate transfer,kenny.

A:cool,hey,who`s that ?

B:oh ,thats part of transfer you requested.its immediate,but not complete.you are just filling in for Max.consider this as a probation.after two weeks,we`ll see if you are right for this position.

A:alright,but i still dont know about this.i am starting to ask questions like:who am i ?"or "why am i here"

B:oh ,kenny,have a cupcake.

A:ah,this is the life,i`ve really enjoyed these two weeks off.right now,i`d probably be at work,haha,not today.
