关于 brew update 失败的情况

这几天在brew update的时候不管是用不用代理，都出现下列错误：

error: RPC failed; curl 56 SSLRead() return error -9806

在网上搜索了一下，找到以下解决办法，但是没太明白原理：

$ brew remove git
$ brew remove curl
$ brew install openssl
$ brew install --with-openssl curl
$ brew install --with-brewed-curl --with-brewed-openssl git
