【Chapter1 启智篇】事实上，所有问题都包含了“我”加上其他部分，“我”自身的问题不解决，在那些“我的”东西上下功夫是徒劳的。真正的“我”并不需要依赖“我的”东西才能存在。
只要将资源投入在修炼一个健康的自己上，一切转变就会随之发生。
As long as the root of all problems，“me”,is not fixed，“my”problem will never be fixed.
As long as we concentrate on practing a healthy "us",everything can be solved.
