Energy-Aware Network Operation

• RSU模式
  分别有sleeping mode and active mode；sleeping mode 不消耗能量。
• RSU模式协作
  当RSU睡眠，覆盖区域—>0;active RSU 的覆盖面积增大(什么鬼)。
  sleep-n机制：所有的RSU被分成n组，rsu组轮流休息，只有一个组保持清醒。
  (n-1)/n of RSUs in sleep mode
  假设所有清醒的RSU工作消耗的最大的能量为Pmax（是能量总和）,则平均RSU能量消耗为：(1/n)Pmax

每个RSU值存储most popular contents, RSU之间不相互传输数据。
