今天开始看买了好几个月的这本《dare to lead》.
作者Brene Brown 是研究社会工作的学者，教授。她的主要研究课题和著作主要是关于探讨vulnerability ，脆弱性。而这本《dare to lead》正是讨论在职场里，真正的勇气是拥抱自己的脆弱，而不是穿上盔甲拒绝脆弱。
你的盔甲来自于你自己的羞耻心，恐惧，你怕自己的行为会被人评判，会被人讨厌，会影响职场关系，戴上面具穿上盔甲，oh well, I don’t care! 是真的不care吗？封闭自己的同时，不仅仅是拒绝承认脆弱，你也阻断了自己感受真诚，友善和正直的关系。是虚假的伪装。
Wholeheart是即使知道自己会被人讨厌，会暴露自己的短板，会承担风险，仍然选择忠于自己的内心，勇敢地去挑战现状，拥抱脆弱，发挥领导力。
