说到开车是否禁用手持手机这个事情一下心情还是比较沉重，因为我们的一个女邻居今天上午出车祸死了，年仅29岁，留下仅仅9岁的儿子，永远的离开了他的亲人和孩子。虽然说做邻居的时间不长仅仅是知道有这个人，在电梯里面遇到时她的一颦一笑都还历历在目，很难置信真的是已经阴阳两隔，对于一个鲜活的生命的离去感到深深的惋惜！

虽然我不清楚她死于车祸的原因到底是什么，但是不由得引起我们对驾驶安全的深刻思考。全世界每年因道路交通事故死亡人数约有100多万。在我看来，在驾驶的时候是应该有良好的驾驶习惯及过硬的驾驶技术的，比如保证充足的睡眠、不要疲劳驾驶；严格遵守交通规则；注意力高度集中；礼让行人；当然还有一点重要的事情就是不能接打手持电话，因为开车必须是眼手耳脑同时并用，因为安全意识大于天，这不单是对他人负责也是对自己负责，一旦出事轻则造成财产损失，重则付出生命的代价！

当然，如果你在驾车的时候如果实在有突发情况或者说紧急事件，那么，你可以找个安全的地方靠边停车再使用电话！

总之，我认为我们在驾驶时不能使用手持电话！和谐社会、平安社会离不开我们大家的共同努力！
