前几天,忽然发现Facebook广告一整晚也没有带来新用户注册。感觉很奇怪,仔细检查Facebook的广告报表,发现在Delivery Insight 里,有一个叫做Aution Competition 的参数,在出问题的前一天开始暴增,到了没新用户的那天达到了200%的增幅。
关于Aution Competition ,Facebook是这么说的
Auction competition helps you understand where you stand in the market and detect when there is more competition, which may limit your opportunities to win.
Higher competition means there are other advertisers trying to reach the same audience as you and willing to pay more to do so.
不知道是哪来的竞争,于是我们把自己新投放的两个测试广告停掉了。过两天再看,一切恢复了正常!居然就是我们自己和自己竞争了!
真是坑啊!明明是一个总量高达2200万用户的受众集合,每个广告的投放只不过每天几千个用户而已,Facebook不把这些广告分开投放,却硬是挤在一条独木桥上互相竞争!!!
教训是,同一受众群(Audience),不要起弄多个AD Set,尤其是不要放到多个Campaign里,Facebook会让他们自己互相踩踏的!
