你让我俯下身子
静下心，放下一切尘世的侵扰
然后审视你墨黑的亮
You let me bend down
And calm down, let go of all earthly troubles
And examine your dark light
当眼光触摸到砚池边的锦绣江南
凝视依山而建的楼阁亭台
我便站立在墨香的风景之中
仿佛触到了天之蓝，风之暖
When my eyes touch the splendid scenery of the South of the River beside the inkstone pool
Gazing at the pavilion and bower by the mountains
I stand in the ink-scented scenery as if touching the blue of the sky and the warmth of the wind

一株墨梅闪烁着淡红的光芒
在砚池边的墨条上散发着清香
我握住墨条像握着冬天的一盏灯
像握着一支抒写春天的粉笔
A black plum blossom shines with a light red glow
Giving off a delicate fragrance on the inkstone by the inkstone pool
I hold the ink strip like a lamp in winter
As if holding a piece of chalk in which to write about spring
此刻喧嚣已无，尘俗已远
诗心在笔，禅心在怀
师生情谊正好在砚池里细细磨砺
Now the noise is gone, the vulgarity is far away
My heart of poetry is in my pen, and my pure heart is in my mind
The teacher-student friendship is being honed in the inkstone pool

可以让阳光磨成带露的花朵
可以让白云磨成破浪的风帆
Sunshine can be ground into dewy flowers
White clouds can be ground into sails that break waves
让笑容延伸磨成通向科研的大道
让汗水流淌磨成洒向四海的金钟
Let the smile spread and be ground into a road to scientific research
Let the sweat flow and be ground into golden bells sprinkled nationally
于是高山让路，大海低头
于是亢龙升天，潜龙入海
于是鲤鱼跃龙门，桃李满园香……
So mountains give way and the sea bows its head
So the cloud dragon ascends to heaven and the diving dragon goes into the sea
So carps jump over the dragon gate and the garden is full of fragrant peaches and plums

无边的旷野绿色连绵
巍峨的青山朝阳冉冉升起
我们的目光正溪水一样自然流淌
The boundless wilderness is full of green
The morning sun rises slowly in the towering green hills
Our eyes are naturally flowing like a stream
春风吹动我们阳光下的衣带
云霞给我们披上天使的霓裳
The spring breeze blows our clothes in the sun
Rosy clouds shine on us as if we are in the angel’s colourful clothes
时代的精英正从天而降
在春花秋月里劳作与奔忙……
The elites of the times are falling from the sky
Labouring and bustling about in the spring flowers and autumn moon
