1.统计函数subtotal

此函数不是一个函数，而是一群函数

此函数是excel中唯一一个能统计用户可见单元格的函数

常用subtotal(3-counta  空单元格数量

                        9—sum.s  求和

这里的3是指count函数，返回数字已包含参数列表中的数字单元格个数

1.基本用法

count:计算数字项个数（日期属于数字，文本型数字属于数字）

不能转换数字的文本，空白单元格，逻辑值，错误值都不计算在内

counta:计算非空项个数，参数值可以是任何类型，包括空字符"  "，但不包括空白单元格

counblak:计算非空项个数，空白单元格和空文本（"  "）都计算在内

=countif（判断区域，计数条件）

例:=countif(销售员，某个销售员)

3.countifs    多条件计数

=countifs(条件区域1,计数条件1,条件区域2,计数条件2...)

例:=countifs(销售员,某个销售员,商品名称,某个商品)

2.模糊统计个数

=countif(销售员，"张*")

=countifs(销售员,"张*",商品名称,某个商品)

3.文本，非空，真空数据个数

*  代表任意多个字符

<>  代表非空数据

=    代表真空数据
