安装CellPhoneDB失败

CellPhoneDB是单细胞互作分析的有利工具。

在python3.10.1环境下，运行安装程序：pip3 install cellphonedb -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

但是在scikit-learn包的编译这里，出错：
