  【Chapter1 启智篇】   

    大自然中的树木懂得照顾到两个方向生长。然而，人却只想往上生长，不愿意往下生长，外在的历练灌溉着内在心灵的成长。而内在的感悟也在滋养着外在的成长，彼此相依为命，相互支撑。人生需要两个方向的平衡发展，一个是向外走的世界，一个是向内走的世界。

  Trees grow both upwards and downwards.  While humans too often consider clibing without rooting.Exterenal experience irrigates our spirit.At the same time,internal inspirations nurture our grows.They are dependent and supportive to one another.Life neesds to be balanced on both sides——a world for going out，and a world for returning.
