如何填写发票信息

背景：我之前投了一篇SCI，经过两次修改之后，今天接收了，需要填写发票信息。

一般来讲，文章都是有课题资助的，那么这里应该选择“institution”，最下面有一个Value Added Tax (VAT) ,（UK VAT applies when we supply services to individuals or organizations based in the UK or to non-VAT registered individuals or organizations within the EU. Transactions with VAT-registered individuals or organizations based outside the UK but within the EU are outside the scope of UK VAT. All transactions with customers outside of the EU are also outside the scope of UK VAT.），对于中国人来讲，不用管这个增值税注册号。
