 Did you know that Dragon Boating龙舟赛came from Chinese Legend?  This sports honors an ancient poet named QuYuan. 

QuYuan worked for the king. The king did not like the poet andforcedhim to leave thekingdom. Qu Yuan wrote（原型write）poemsabout his country. He washomesickandlonely. One dayhedrownedhimself.

 People loved Qu Yuan's poetry, they searchedfor him in their fishing boats. Theybeat drumsand splashed loudly to keep the water dragon away.They threw rice in the water for Qu Yuan.
