windows系统中安装matplotlib

1.首先安装visual studio

（2）点击“下载”

（3）下载visual studio community

（4）安装。

2.下载matplotlib安装程序

（1）访问：https://pypi.python.org/pypi/matplotlib

（2）下载与使用Python版本匹配的wheel文件

（3）使用pip安装
