在使用Ping++支付创建订单后，本来应该跳转到第三方页面支付宝付款页：
但是却抛出了IO异常：
IOException during API request to Pingpp (https://api.pingxx.com): Connection reset Please check your internet connection and try again. If this problem persists,you should check Pingpp's service status at https://pingxx.com, or let us know at support@pingxx.com.
解决办法：重启服务器
重启后便支付正常了。
