objectivity

avoid using "I", "we",
It can be argued that...
It can be demonstrated that...
It is evident that...
It is plausible that...

Precision

avoid using vague words, "do", "get", "have", "keep", phrasal words.

Formality

"thing"--> object, concept, idea, issue--> formal words.
