保存仿真
每个仿真可以用包含数据的文本文件(.txt)格式或表格图像形式保存在工作区目录中。
若要保存仿真数据:
1.在绘图中,从Simulation(仿真)菜单中选中Store Simulation(存储仿真)项;
2.出现File(文件)窗口后,为仿真文件(.CSV文件)输入或选择文件名;
3.在文件窗口上单击OK。
若要将图形保存为图像(.sps)文件:
1.在绘图中,从Simulation(仿真)菜单中选中Save Graph Image (保存表格图像);
2.出现File(文件)窗口后,为图形文件(.sps文件)输入或选择文件名;
3.在文件窗口上单击OK。
打开保存的图表
若要打开保存的图表:
1.在绘图中,从Simulation(仿真)菜单中选中Show Graph Image(显示表格图像);
2.出现File(文件)窗口后,选中图形文件(.sps文件)。
图形将在绘图窗口中的另一个窗格中打开(上图示例中的顶部)。
查看活动的变量
如仿真图顶部所示,将提供当前步骤和稳定状态下关于MV和CV的活动信息。事实上,三个标签页屏幕(显示与在线HMI类似的电子表格)专用于显示该特定信息。
例如,Control Overview(控制概述)显示如下:
Reachable列显示了变量的静态值。Status列则给出了控制器考虑变量的信息,即BAD(不使用变量),INACTIVE(未使用)和ACTIVE(使用)。
后两个选项卡界面显示了以下内容:
• Subcontrol Overview (子控制概述) – 其显示信息与控制概述相同,但按照子控制器进行排序。同时还显示了子控制器的实际或请求状态。
• Priority Sorting(优先级排序) - 根据已激活的优先级/经济(优化)级别顺序显示操作和被控变量(MV/CVs)信息。
注意:(优先级排序)所有优先级中出现的黄色被控变量约束都对应于它们自己的优先级值。此外,所有出现的绿色变量约束显示其优先级低于自己的优先级值。
注意:(计算结果)计算结果不显示在图中或任何表中。你需要打开内核调试功能并在计算日志文件中查看结果。

Saving a Simulation
Each simulation can be saved in the workspace directory as a text (.txt) file containing the data or as a graphic image.
To save the simulation data:
1.When in the plot, select Store Simulation from the Simulation menu.
2.When the** File** window appears, enter or select the file name for the simulation file (.CSV file).
3.Click OK on the File window.
To save the graph as an image (.sps) file:
1.When in the plot, select Save Graph Image from the** Simulation** menu.
2.When the** File** window appears, enter or select the file name for the graph file (.sps file).
3.Click** OK** on the File window.
Opening a Saved Graph
To open a saved graph:
1.When in the plot, select **Show Graph Image from the Simulation **menu.
2.When the File window appears, select the graph file (.sps file).
The graph opens in an additional pane in the plot window (top one in the above example).
Viewing Variable Activities
As seen in the top part of the simulation plot, information is provided about the activity of the MVs and CVs at the present step and at steady state. In fact, three tab screens (showing spreadsheets similar to the online HMI) are devoted to that specific information.
For instance, the Control Overview appears as follows
The Reachable column displays the static values of the variables. The Status column gives information on how the controller considered the variables, i.e. BAD (the variable is not used), INACTIVE (not used) and ACTIVE (used).
The last two tab screens display:
• Subcontrol Overview – The same information as the Control overview but sorted by sub-controller. Also displays the actual or requested status of the sub-controller.
• Priority Sorting – Displays only the information about the manipulated and controlled variables (MV/CVs) sorted according to the priority/economic (optimization) level at which they have been activated.
NOTE: (Priority Sorting) All the yellow constrained controlled variables appear in the priority levels corresponding to their own priority values. Also, all the green constrained variables appear in priority level lower than their own priority values.
Simulation Report
The Simulation Report module on the tree structure uses a macro command to generate an HTML document. The document contains all the starting conditions and events specified in the scenario for the simulation.
