今天一大早 收到美国B客户发来的邮件,是提醒要遵守NDA的 邮件正文:
Re: Non-disclosure Agreement
Dear Emily,
Let this letter serve as a friendly reminder that your company is obligated under a Non-disclosure
Agreement to protect and not disclose xxx confidential and proprietary information to
any other persons or entities. This obligation would of course extend to your company’s use of such
confidential and proprietary information to manufacture and sell equipment such as that designed by
xxx to others.
Please understand that we take your obligations under such agreements very seriously.

鉴于今年3月双方签订了NDA,所以正常客户不会写这样的邮件来.所以想了想导致客户写这样邮件的可能性
1 客户重叠 互相了解到双方都有在我们这采购,所以B客户担心客户R会之间找我们买他们公司的产品
比如11月初来公司拜访的R客户,他们已经是我们合作多年的老客户 ,但是他们也在美国B客户那边采购, R客户在公司车间参观的时候,看到了B客户在产品 回头在R客户和B客户见面的时候 不经意提到此事 让B警惕
2 B客户中国部分供应商 图纸管理不善,倒是客户图纸流失到非供应商手中。B客户不确认哪家供应商流失出去的,所以一一邮件提醒
3 B客户订单我们已经投保, 中信保对客户进行资信调查时,客户怀疑信息被透露
不管怎么样,让客户写这样一封邮件,肯定是某些客户保密方面的工作没有做好。
以后对于签订NDA的客户,1 确保所有的文件不外流 2 确保客户订单信息不通过任何方式透露给第三方
