查看是否有WAP PUSH
查看wap push类型和解析结果

检查OTA XML的 original 版本号和设备的 当前 版本号是否匹配

1.先看cache/recovery/last_log
分析log看错误
2.本地验证update.zip包
adb root
adb push update.zip /data/update.zip
adb shell command:
./system/bin/uncrypt /data/update.zip /cache/recovery/block.map

adb shell command:
echo "--update_package=@/cache/recovery/block.map" > /cache/recovery/command
adb shell sync
adb reboot recovery
3.如果是差分包升级,确保测试机器使用同样的NON-HLOS.bin文件。
