    1. .We dont build the lives we want by saving time. We build the lives we want, and then the time saves itself.

    2. I dont have time.= Its not a priority.

    3.Time is a choice.

4.We have the power to fill our lives with the things that deserve to be there.

So, how do we do that?

First, we need to figure out where they are. Two srategies:

      (1)  On the professional side

Write next year's review. What 3-5 things would make you a great year for you professionally?

      (2)  On the personal life side

Write the family holiday letter.  What 3-5 things would make you a great year for you personally?

Then we have 6-10 goals we can work on in the next year.

And now we need to break these down int doable steps, and put them into our schedules first. A really good time to do this is Friday afternoons.

Make yourself a three-category priority list: career, ralationships, self.  ------Just a short list: 2-3 items in each.  Then look out over the whole of the next week, and see when you can plan them in.

    24*7=168 hours

That is a lot of time. If a full-time job, so 40 hours a week; sleeping eight hours a night, so 56 hours a week. There are 72 hours for other things.

Look at the whole of one's time and see where the good stuff can go.

There is time. Even if we are busy, we have time for what matters. And when we focus on what matters, we can build the lives we want.

What matters?What matters?What matters?
