关于和别人比较（附带学英文稿）

将自己每天的心得体会翻译成英文，学习英文会更加深刻。

比较，有利于促进自身和群体的发展，但是不能将自己的价值外挂于别人身上、根据和别人比较来定位自己，山外有山、人外有人。

应该看到自己的价值观是什么，看重什么东西，然后往这个方向努力，肯定自己的价值，在进步中成长，而不是在攀比中丢失自我。（问自己：如果给一千万换世上的你，让你成为亿万富翁，但是你不再存在，世上没有了你，而是成了另一个别人，自己愿不愿意？）

Comparatively beneficial to promote their own and group development, but can not attach their own value to others, according to the comparison with others to locate themselves, there are mountains outside the mountains, there are people outside the people.

So we need to see what our values are, what we value, and then work in this direction to affirm our values and grow in progress, rather than lose ourselves in comparison. Would you like to replace you with 10 million?

如果不能从根本上戒除攀比的本性，我们可以把需要比较的项目分级，会发现总有处在比我们更小级别的人依旧坚持积极面对生活，也会看到有比我们处在更大分级的人比我们更努力。
