Today, we will discuss the Agile, DevOps, SRE, Scrum concepts as well, Agile refers to an iterative approach which focuses on collaboration, customer feedback, and small, rapid releases. Scrum is a framework that helps teams work together. Much like a rugby team (where it gets its name) training for the big game, scrum encourages teams to learn through experiences, self-organize while working on a problem, and reflect on their wins and losses to continuously improve. DevOps is considered a practice of bringing development and operations teams together. SRE is a post-production set of practices for operating large systems at scale, with an engineering focus on operations.

First of all, all these frameworks or ‘Best Practices‘ can add value across your IT value chain. They all answer the need of IT leaders to focus on how to best develop high-performing teams that both enable and accelerate their company’s digital strategy.
These three frameworks share some core points:
Culture: they all introduce a collaborative and connected culture
Value: the three best practices increase the focus on delivering value with speed and quality for stakeholders
- Automation: automation is used to reduce waste and errors made by humans.
Secondly, DevOps and SRE can still be confusing at some level but it all depends on the company and your job profile interpretation. The roles and names might vary but the only thing that remains with you is your skills. End of the day, the whole world needs a solution and technology becoming more and more dynamic and enriching day by day, experience and learning matter more than anything else.
Thirdly, About scrum and agile concepts, Scrum is a subset of Agile. It is a lightweight process framework for agile development, and the most widely-used one. The key difference between Agile and Scrum is that while Agile is a project management philosophy that utilizes a core set of values or principles, Scrum is a specific Agile methodology that is used to facilitate a project.
Finally, we introduce some key differences of devops scrum agile as follows;

DevOps focuses on constant testing and delivery while the Agile process focuses on constant changes.
DevOps requires relatively a large team while Agile requires a small team.
DevOps leverages both shifts left and right principles, on the other hand, Agile leverage shift-left principle.
The target area of Agile is Software development whereas the Target area of DevOps is to give end-to-end business solutions and fast delivery.
DevOps focuses more on operational and business readiness whereas Agile focuses on functional and non-function readiness.
