      基督徒要感恩，圣经说“要常常喜乐。不住的祷告。凡事谢恩。因为这是上帝在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意”（帖前5:16-18）。今天读书会有读了一本书《一千次感恩》，作者是的姐姐一次意外事故死亡了，本来最有可能成为抱怨的人，但是作者却学会过感恩的人生，作者勉励我们强迫自己过感恩生活。那么感恩是什么呢？

      感恩不是因为无奈：我们的感恩不是我们的无奈，不是自我勉励说，与其抱怨的一生，不如感恩的一生，如此的观念就是无奈的味道，为了感恩而感恩，就是经不起推敲的心灵鸡汤，就是典型啊q精神，如果如此理解基督徒的感恩，那么就是曲解基督教感恩教义了。

        感恩是因为上帝在掌权：感恩不是无奈，感恩是因为我们知道神在掌权，天上地下所有的权柄都在上帝手里吧，因信上帝这位全能者成为我的爸爸，有神在掌权，所有临到我们的事情先要经过他的许可，“两个麻雀，不是卖一分银子么。若是你们的父不许，一个也不能掉在地上。就是你们的头发，也都被数过了。”(太10:29-30)，挑不动的担子不会给我们挑的，“你们所遇见的试探，无非是人所能受的。上帝是信实的，必不叫你们受试探过于所能受的。在受试探的时候，总要给你们开一条出路，叫你们能忍受得住”(林前10:13)。“因为我的轭是容易的，我的担子是轻省的”(太11:30)。我们感恩是因为知道上帝在掌权，先有神的许可才会临到在我们身上，在我们身上，没有突发事情，没有偶然事情，都在神的计划里。

        感恩是因为上帝有美意，感恩是我们相信神有他的美意，圣经说，“如(.经上.)所记，‘上帝为爱他的人所豫备的，是眼睛未曾看见，耳朵未曾听见，人心也未曾想到的。”(林前2:9)’虽然神的美意有时我们理解不了，我们是他所造的，他是造物的大主宰，我们与神不在一个级别上，我们理解不了神的美意也是很正常的，在理解不了神的美意，我们就要用我们的信心接受，信任他，相信神的全能，神的美意永远使我们感恩坚实的基础，没有这个坚实的基础，为了感恩而感恩的信念就是新时代的“阿Q”精神，就是有毒的心灵鸡汤了。

    称谢与赞美是感恩的另一种表现形式，旧约诗篇的作者全然表达对神美意的全然信服。

你们要称谢耶和华，因他本为善。他的慈爱永远长存O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

你们要称谢万神之神，因他的慈爱永远长存O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.

你们要称谢万主之主，因他的慈爱永远长存O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.

(.称谢.)那独行大奇事的，因他的慈爱永远长存To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.

(.称谢.)那用智慧造天的，因他的慈爱永远长存To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.

(.称谢.)那铺地在水以上的，因他的慈爱永远长存To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.

(.称谢.)那造成大光的，因他的慈爱永远长存To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:

他造日头管白昼，因他的慈爱永远长存The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:

他造月亮星宿管黑夜，因他的慈爱永远长存The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.

称谢那击杀埃及人之长子的，因他的慈爱永远长存To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever:

他领以色列人从他们中间出来，因他的慈爱永远长存And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever:

他施展大能的手和伸出来的膀臂，因他的慈爱永远长存With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy endureth for ever.

(.称谢.)那分裂红海的，因他的慈爱永远长存To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endureth for ever:

他领以色列从其中经过，因他的慈爱永远长存And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever:

却把法老和他的军兵推翻在红海里，因他的慈爱永远长存But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea: for his mercy endureth for ever.

(.称谢.)那引导自己的民行走旷野的，因他的慈爱永远长存To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever.

他杀戮有名的君王，因他的慈爱永远长存And slew famous kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:

就是杀戮亚摩利王西宏，因他的慈爱永远长存Sihon king of the Amorites: for his mercy endureth for ever:

又杀巴珊王噩，因他的慈爱永远长存And Og the king of Bashan: for his mercy endureth for ever:

他将他们的地赐他的百姓为业，因他的慈爱永远长存And gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever:

就是赐他的仆人以色列为业，因他的慈爱永远长存Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever.

他顾念我们在卑微的地步，因他的慈爱永远长存Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever:

他救拔我们脱离敌人，因他的慈爱永远长存And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth for ever.

他赐粮食给凡有血气的，因他的慈爱永远长存Who giveth food to all flesh: for his mercy endureth for ever.

你们要称谢天上的神，因他的慈爱永远长存O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever
