自 2022年6月30号 以后，提审 App Store 的 App 如果存在账号登录功能，就必须存在删除账号功能，此项需严格执行，否则将被打回：
Guideline 5.1.1(v) - Data Collection and Storage
We noticed that your app supports account creation but does not include an option to initiate account deletion.
Apps that support account creation must also offer account deletion to give App Store users more control of the data they've shared while using your app.

我们注意到您的应用程序支持创建帐户，但不包含启动帐户删除的选项。
支持帐户创建的应用程序还必须提供帐户删除功能，以便 App Store 用户能够更好地控制他们在使用您的应用程序时共享的数据。
而我依赖的 8.7.1 版本的 Telegram 显然是没有此项功能的，没办法，为了过审所以必须得加上，Telegram-iOS 在 Apple 出政策后其实就已经 Commit 此功能，点赞！
