练习材料：Our dog, Rex, used to sit outside our front gate and bark. Every time he wanted to come into the garden he would bark until someone opened the gate. As the neighbours complained of the noise, my husband spent weeks training him to press his paw on the latch to let himself in. Rex soon became an expert at opening the gate. However, when I was going out shopping last week, I noticed him in the garden near the gate. This time he was barking so that someone would let him out! Since then, he has developed another bad habit. As soon as he opens the gate from outside, he comes into the garden and waits until the gate shuts. Then he sits and barks until someone lets him out. After this he immediately lets himself in and begins barking again. Yesterday my husband removed the gate and Rex got so annoyed we have not seen him since.

练习感悟：
越是忙的时候，越要把时间挤出来给自己。坚持了快50天，已经过了刻意质问意义的阶段，学习早已成为一种习惯。
下一阶段，就是看看如何在保证当前坚持的质量下，完成其余的任务。教资马上到面试的阶段了，需要自己把时间整块的拿出来复习备考。这段时间可以抽空把s的书再看一遍。
忙的时候还坚持的事情，才是最有意义的，最考验人的。好好接受挑战，心态平和，不要焦虑，我好，你也好。
