苏曼噶旺仁波切：

Success requires patience, hard work, and a positive attitude toward whatever difficulties we may face in our daily lives. We cannot expect everything to go according to what we may hope or wish. Moreover, everyday is a new day. Therefore, we should accept whatever comes our way with an optimistic approach. Although we may not be able to resolve all challenges upfront, maintaining a positive attitude will at least lighten any uneasiness in our hearts.

成功需要耐心、努力和积极的态度去面对我们日常生活中可能遭遇的种种困难。我们不能期待一切都依照我们的希望或愿望进行，而且每天都是新的一天，所以应该用乐观的态度接受我们遇到的所有事情。虽然可能没办法事先解决所有的挑战，但保持积极的态度至少能减轻我们心中的不安。
