Crystallization

要说这个词，是因为最近翻译一个担保协议，里面担保债务处于流动状态，到一定时间点截止固定，里面的“固定”我用了crystallization。

不大确定是否合适，因为迄今为止我所见到的crystallization，只用于floating charge这一情形。

顺手翻了几本词典，没有收录这个词。《布莱克法律词典》里边有个automatic-crystallization clause，与此有关，摘录如下：

A contractual provision creating a floating charge but providing for the charge to become fixed (crystallized) either upon the occurrence of a specified event without the need for any further action on anyone's part or upon notice by the holder, depending on how the clause is drafted.

也是讲floating charge，而且看来可以用fixed替换，估计我用crystallization不大妥当，客户可能会晕。
