we do not want to ask for other's help,because we always think that if we do that we will bring some troubles to others. if we think it seriously,we will find that if you try to ask professional people for help when you are introuble,you will save many time to deal with such question.
You can imagine some scenarios, for example, when you are good at something, people who in trouble ask you something and you help them solve the problem, you will be happy. If someone else can help you solve your problem, it can bring a greater sense of accomplishment to her.
