pip –trusted-host pypi.python.org install + 想要安装的包

可以解决部分一些情况，博主的多次输入仍出现以上错误。

最后的解决办法如下：

进入cmd 创建 pip文件夹

然后在该文件夹下创建pip.ini，写入一下内容
[global]

index-url=http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

[install]

trusted-host=mirrors.aliyun.com

再配置环境变量：%HOMEPATH%\pip\pip.in

之后再使用 pip install xxx

成功。
