    1、编译示例程序

    将源码中codec = avcodec_find_decoder(AV_CODEC_ID_MPEG1VIDEO);
    改为codec = avcodec_find_decoder(AV_CODEC_ID_H264);

    打开msys,进入目录

    gcc -o decode_video decode_video.c -Iffmpeg/include -Lffmpeg/lib/ -lavformat -lavfilter -lavcodec -lswscale -lavutil -lswresample 
    

    生成可执行文件decode_video.exe

    2、运行示例程序
    ./decode_video.exe input.h264 output
    

    生成output文件
