优化app启动页 解决黑屏时间长的问题

要解决这个问题其实挺简单的只需要一个样式style即可

1、在style.xml中添加下面的style 设置启动图片

<style name="SplashTheme" parent="Theme.AppCompat.Light.NoActionBar">
        <!-- 欢迎页背景 -->
        <item name="android:windowBackground">@mipmap/activity_welcom_bg_splash</item>
        <item name="android:windowFullscreen">true</item>
    </style>

2、在配置文件AndroidManifest.xml的启动activity中设置style

<activity
            android:name=".login.Welcome"
            android:screenOrientation="portrait"
            android:theme="@style/SplashTheme">
            <intent-filter>
                <action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />
                <category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
            </intent-filter>
        </activity>

3、启动页activity
