利用系统downloadmanger实现下载更新，同时显示下载进度，不使用service。
android7.0之后，谷歌加强了权限控制，用原来的安装apk的方法会有异常。系统推荐使用fileprovider。修改方式如下：
<1>.在清单文件中注册

1.先确定是否要更新
2.需要更新时获取安装包信息如大小版本号下载地址
