一般服务器为ubuntu系统，本地机器为windows,直接查看服务器的tensorboard效果比较麻烦，解决方法为使用xshell和xmanger转移到本地浏览器。
1.打开xmanager-passive
2.设置xshell,打开文件-属性-连接-ssh-隧道，添加转移
