我想做志愿者，但是当值月生曹宁宇问我愿不愿意的时候，我委婉的拒绝了，因为我怕没有时间，我怕我做不好。后来我们班实行轮流做志愿者，而且我排在第一个。突然有了一种失而复得的快感。然后我在想做志愿者有什么好处呢?
第一，做志愿者是一种义务。志愿者是不出局系统的重要一环。它维持了这个系统的运转，使得这个系统更加的高效。如果没有志愿者，那么班级的成员之间就会失去更多交流的机会，值月生的工作量将大大增加，效率降低，甚至整个系统都会崩溃。
第二，做志愿者使我们的成长更快。我们加入007的初衷，也是使自己得到成长。作为一个践行者，相信已经有很多收获。做志愿者将使你的收获更多，成长更快。这个毫无疑问。要做好一个志愿者，首先你要查看志愿者攻略，你要提醒战友按时交作业，要统计大家的作业和点评。在做这些事情的过程中，你的能力自然而然的得到提升，为下一步做值月生，打下了良好的基础。
