Today was Friday,it’s my regular schedule for the yoga teaching, When I finished my full time job,and drove to my part time job place,a yoga club.
My schedule was full , about 5:20pm I arrived the spot,and parked my car,then went to the costa coffee,booked a beef vegetable wrap ,when I finished yoga teaching I would eat it .

The class began at 6:20pm , and when I went into the class , I opened the light music and began to meditate. Today’s class came 3 pepole ,one man and two women.
One hour was really quickly,and when I finished and said Namaste to them , prayed for them , we both said thanks to each other . It’s a good thing to see them much better than before.
For me , I will do yoga every day,from morning exercise of Ashtanga yoga , noon exercise of other yoga (like Flow yoga, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga etc.) and the night meditation (not every day,especially when I need to cure my pain and heal my body , I will focus on myself and breathing ,do the pranayama and chant ).

I work out myself very much ,let me keep fitness, I will choose my favorite books to read and learn ,I will improve myself everyday, I find the time is too limited every day and I’m really very busy . I like the light diets, the vegetables and fruits . I like coffee,especially vanilla latte. I like the food chicken feet ,especially the spicy favor. I like flowers. ....so many things I like.I really enjoy my life . Of course, my lele is a special one in my life . I love him .
