Releasing these bad emotions can be done in a variety of ways.

You can yell,you can workout ,you can even have sex.

But the most effective way to release these emotions is the one most men stay away from which is crying
and this is because men donot think it is masculine to cry.

Option one :run away and hide from sad emotions because thinking about them is too difficult and he does not want to deal with them.

When you do this ,you will feel that emotion comes up and you could feel these tears come up but this time,donot fight it ,donot block it off.
