使用PaupGUI软件合并一致性树

​PAUP是一款用于构建进化树（系统发育树）及进行相关检验的软件。本文解决的问题是How to create consensus phylogenetic tree by PaupGUI.

适用情形：使用CIPRES等软件计算没有得到一致性树；其他软件合成一致性树导致的软件崩溃的情况；

Paup GUI program is developed to provide a user-friendly interface to the phylogenetic program PAUP* on Windows operating

下面介绍利用Paup软件构建一致性树的例子

1. 打开Paup，关联已安装的paup软件；

Paup下载：

http://paup.phylosolutions.com/

2. 打开paup GUI，关联本机的paup软件，File——Find Paup;

3. 开始使用，File——open

nexus file，Tree——open tree file，compute consensus tree，设置bootstrap阈值；

Le 50选择no； all trees可选择： 500-10000 （丢弃前5%）

4. 等待计算成功，后续可进行树可视化；
