第二段 具体阐述要求
1. 活动介绍（时间，地点，目的，主题，主 办方）
In order to +目的，举办方 has organized + 活动名称 with the theme of…., which is held in the Lecture Hall of our library (from 7:00 to 9:00 on Sunday) (from July 20 to July 30).
2. 人物介绍
