Android studio 小米手机提示卸载应用

手机太卡刷机过后用Android studio调试的时候又出现应用安装失败，提示应用已存在是否卸载

Application Installation Failed
installation failed with message INSTALL_FAILED_USER_RESTRICTED:install canceled by usser.
It is possible that this issue is resolved by uninstalling an exising version of the apk if it is present,and then re-installing.
WARNING:Uninstalling will remove the application data!
