The question was once asked of a highly successful businessman, “How have you done so much in your lifetime?”

William Wordsworth (7 April 1770 – 23 April 1850) was a major English Romantic poet who, with Samuel Taylor Coleridge, helped to launch the Romantic Age in English literature with the 1798 joint publication Lyrical Ballads. Wordsworth was Britain's Poet Laureate from 1843 until his death in 1850. He continues to be widely read, and his influence is extremely far reaching. Many of his poems continue to be among the most popular and critically acclaimed in the English language.

Youth means a temperamentalpredominanceof courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20.
