pytorch模型部署和数据归一化的问题

%matplotlib inline
# 引入必要的库
from __future__ import print_function, division

import torch
import torch.nn as nn

数据的归一化问题

均值和标准差
在分类、聚类算法中,需要使用距离来度量相似性的时候、或者使用PCA技术进行降维的时候,新的数据由于对方差进行了归一化,这时候每个维度的量纲其实已经等价了,每个维度都服从均值为0、方差1的正态分布,在计算距离的时候,每个维度都是去量纲化的,避免了不同量纲的选取对距离计算产生的巨大影响。

pytorch训练集的图片做了归一化处理:
transforms.Normalize([0.485, 0.456, 0.406], [0.229, 0.224, 0.225])])
具体的运算:

# 图像归一化处理
mean = np.array([0.485, 0.456, 0.406])
std = np.array([0.229, 0.224, 0.225])
img = img/255
img = (img - mean)/std
# 加载数据集
data_transforms = {
    'train': transforms.Compose([
        transforms.RandomResizedCrop(224),
        transforms.RandomHorizontalFlip(),
        transforms.ToTensor(),
        transforms.Normalize([0.485, 0.456, 0.406], [0.229, 0.224, 0.225])
    ]),
    'val': transforms.Compose([
        transforms.Resize(256),
        transforms.CenterCrop(224),
        transforms.ToTensor(),
        transforms.Normalize([0.485, 0.456, 0.406], [0.229, 0.224, 0.225])
    ]),
}

data_dir = 'data/mask'
image_datasets = {x: datasets.ImageFolder(os.path.join(data_dir, x),
                                          data_transforms[x])
                  for x in ['train', 'val']}

模型方式

对于包含模型和权重的使用 model = torch.load()
对于只有权重的 如:

PATH = './mask.pth'
torch.save(model_ft.state_dict(), PATH)

保存的
需要先定义模型,再加载权重

# 加载模型的权重
model_ft = models.resnet18(pretrained=False)
num_ftrs = model_ft.fc.in_features
model_ft.fc = nn.Linear(num_ftrs, 3)

PATH = './mask.pth'
model_ft.load_state_dict(torch.load(PATH))
PATH = './mask502.pth'
device = torch.device("cuda:0" if torch.cuda.is_available() else "cpu")
model_ft= torch.load(PATH, map_location=device)
model_ft=model_ft.to(device)
# 把模型设定为 eval模式(评估模式)

print(model_ft)
# 可视化检验训练集
model_ft.eval()
visualize_model(model_ft)
