You guys know,if you do the work,you work hard enough,your dream will come true. You know that,we all know that.

But hopefully,what you get from tonight is understanding that

Those time you get up early and you work hard,those time you stay up late and you work hard,those time when you don't feel like working, you are too tired, you don't want to push yourself but you do it anyway.

That is actually the dream,that is the dream,is not the destination, is the journey.

And if you guys understand that,then will see what happen is that you won't accomplish your dream,your dream won't come true,something greater will.

If you guys can understand that,I'm doing my job as a father,I love you.
