I don’t agree with you. We are on the same page that we should reduce our size of staff. However. I am not convinced that we should lay off employees.
First It will seriously affect our staff morale. Who can afford to their salary？The second point I’d like to make is it will make difficult for us to complete our tasks by deadline. We will be forced to produce lower quality work.
What might lead employees to quit their job？
As I see it there are three things needed to take into account. First.If one company give their staff low salary compared with competitors. Then staff will choose other company. Second. Company provides too heavy workload then employees should work overtime to meet the deadline. They can not balance their life and work this is also an important factor. Third working environment is also important As we all know good environment can make people more productive
