    新概念英语第二册 Lesson 61：Trouble with the Hubble

    The Hubble telescope was launched into space by NASA on April 20, 1990 at a cost of over a billion dollars. Right from the start there was trouble with the Hubble. The picture it sent us were very disappointing because its main mirror was faulty! NASA is now going to put the telescope right, so it will soon be sending up four astronauts to repair it. The shuttle Endeavour will be taking the astronauts to the Hubble. A robot-arm from the Endeavour will grab the telescope and hold it while the astronauts make the necessary repairs. Of course, the Hubble is above the earth's atmosphere, so it will soon be sending us the clearest pictures of the stars and distant galaxies that we have ever seen. The Hubble will tell us a great deal about the age and size of the universe. By the time you read this, the Hubble's eagle eye will have sent us thousands and thousands of wonderful pictures.

        - atmosphere US ['ætmə.sfɪr]，单词发音中的t只是舌头抵一下齿根就收回来即可，不必刻意发音。

        -  distant galaxies ，遥远的星系。

        - a great deal about/of，好像出现不少次的a great deal about/of。

        - eagle eye，鹰眼系统是在板球，网球和其他运动中使用的一套电脑系统，以追踪记录球的路径并显示记录的实际路径的图形图像，也可以预测球未来的路径。

练习感悟：

Thoughts: 每日精进就是确认自己的朗读首先自己挑不出问题了（朗读+复述）。

- astronaut，atmosphere，mirror，endeavour，这些单词发音含糊。

-《刻意学习》：

12-10 Tuesday，成长是具有普适性，互斥性（逆水行舟不进则退），复利性；成长具有双系统：行动系统和学习系统。行动系统解决持续行动的事情；学习系统解决持续学习的事情。两者相辅相成。在之前我个人的学习中，首先持续行动就做的不好，所以行动系统为基础的后面的学习系统都还没感受到。即使偶尔痛定思痛了，持续行动了一段时间，学习上的学习系统并没有搭建，学习上的不见成效也导致了后来的放弃。所以双系统的作用重要性不言而喻，也是在这里S老师点名了这一点，让我明白了这个道理。

行动系统的构建要素总结下来有以下四个方面：第一就是资源投入和优先级，第二就是情绪意愿和触发点，第三就是进程跟进和追踪记录，第四就是打足预留量兼容突发。行动系统 + 行动力

学习系统的建立：（1）领域基础知识体系；（2）模块间的关联类比和逻辑推理；（3）抽象以及面向抽象的思考；（4）构建全面连接的体系网络。学习系统 + 学习力
