一、为什么要开展走向主体发展的班级活动?

主体活动:是教学活动的生命体现,是生命被尊重、被发现、被激活、被欣赏、被丰富的过程,是生命的自我生成、自我发展、自我超越、自我升华的过程。教学过程中开展主体活动,有助于形成学生的主体性品质,有助于实现教育的最高境界--自我教育。
突出体验:“以身体之,以心验之”,亦指通过亲身实践获得的经验。从心理学角度看,道德体验生成的基本过程为“感受一情感一理解一联想一领悟”,其主体内部又包括参与活动、生活积累和直接感知,其主体外部又包括情感感染、情境熏陶、艺术陶冶等。
“大思政”教学:遵循习近平总书记提出的“大思政课”主张,他指明了要为未来中国培养“构建人类命运共同体”所需要的“公共人”的方向,是有国际视野的爱国者,有民族自豪感的国际主义者。“大思政”教学倡导学校应通过不断提升学校制度体系的公共性,建构公正平等、公共参与、公共关怀的校园文化氛围,传递自由、平等、公正、法治等社会主义核心价值理念,培养未来中国所需要的接班人。
走向主体发展的活动体验型“大思政”教学探索:指以主体发展论为指引,以“构建人类命运共同体”所需的“公共人”培育为目标,在思政教学中坚持通过关键课程融会、学科课程融合、班队团融汇、学段融通、生活融入、全域融达的“大思政课”理念,创生以国家课程为主导、以学生为主体、以生活为依托、以活动为载体的活动体验型“大思政”“学一教一研”一体化样态。
三、开展共读班级活动的理论依据
1.心理学依据:

马斯洛需求层次理论:
马斯洛将人类需求分为生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求。其中,人的最高需求是发挥最大潜能,实现自我价值的需求。
在班级活动设计时,我们要关注学生的需求,从满足他们的基本需求出发,逐步引导他们实现自我价值。
2.群体动力学理论: 群体动力学是研究群体行为和群体心理的学科,还研究群体中各种力的交互作用及影响群体行为的潜在动力,这对于促进群体的群体动力学团队中的能发挥以及群体对个体的影响有很大的作用。
一般的群体动力系统包含三大要素:凝聚力、驱动力、耗散力。在班级活动设计中,我们要充分利用群体动力,激发成员的积极性和参与度,使他们在互动中成长。
