不幸是自己选择的

这里不是说“不幸运”，而是“不幸福”。我更喜欢把它理解成“不开心的状态”

At some stage in your life, you chose “being unhappy.” It is not because you were born into unhappy circumstances or ended up in an
unhappy situation. It’s that you judged “being unhappy” to be good for you.

People Always Choose Not to Change

人们总是选择“不改变”

为什么会选择继续不幸福？
-因为不想重新选择，不想改变。

You are unable to change only because you are making the decision not to.

-因为保持现状更加轻松

people have various complaints about things, but it’s easier and more secure to be just the way one is.

新的生活方式和环境，需要重新去适应，习惯，掌握；未知的风险会让生活充满不安；人性的懒惰往往选择逃避。

与其和挫折死磕，不如得过且过。
